About INSIDE CRM

From Frustration to Community

I've been working in CRM for over 10 years, always passionate about its potential but constantly seeing it overlooked. When the pandemic hit, I started exploring new ways to grow and share what I knew. I mentored, freelanced, and gave lectures. While rewarding, none of it felt quite right.

I wanted to share, support, and learn all at once. I needed a space where CRM professionals could truly connect, exchange ideas, and amplify each other's impact.

Then, the opportunity to take over CRM Meetups appeared. I jumped in with no clear plan, just the drive to build something valuable. And it worked. The community started growing, and so did I. There are ups and downs, but this is what I was searching for.

Why INSIDE CRM?

πŸš€ CRM often gets overlooked in business discussions. It’s seen as an operational function rather than a strategic growth driver.

I could have tried to convince leadership with LinkedIn posts in corporate language. But instead, I chose a different approach.

πŸ’‘ Strengthen CRM from within. I believe the biggest impact comes when CRM professionals feel empowered to pitch their own case, share insights, and push CRM forward. If 50 CRM experts confidently speak up, the network effect is far more powerful than me doing it alone.

What I Did

🎯 Built CRM-focused meetups – A space for CRM professionals to learn from each other, gain confidence, and grow.

🧠 Created a collective brain – A supportive community that shares real insights, success stories, and strategies.

πŸŽ™οΈ Launched INSIDE CRM – Interest in the content grew beyond the meetups. People from Austria, Sweden, and London wanted access. So I started a newsletter and a podcast to share the best learnings.

The Mission

βœ… Learn, share, and grow as CRM professionals.

πŸ“’ Make noise about CRM and give it the attention it deserves.

πŸ’ͺ Stand up confidently and show your impact.

πŸ† Earn the seat at the C-level table that you deserve.

CRM is more than just emails and customer data. It’s the backbone of lasting customer relationships. Let's make sure the business world sees it that way.

πŸ‘Š Let’s make some noise together.
